Domain Names - Is This a Trade Mark?

Ep: "He had bought the domain name. The second it became public, he snatched it up" Ep: "I went and looked to see what was really going on here." He says there's an organ ation called i can which manages domain names. They have a dispute resolution process. And for 13 hundred dollars,  i could protest what edward had done. I'd rather pay i can 13 hundred, and you'll end up with zero.
