I like to ask stuff like, what are some of your immediate goals that I'll be like helping in the beginning? And then what does that lead up to a bigger goal? You're not just in it for an internship now or anything like that, you want to know what you're going to be working on. Is it something that you're interested in? And does it seem like something that will help you grow in a certain direction? Mm. It depends on how the company handles it, because I feel like through companies like expand like a virus and they don't know how to handle it. Sometimes it causes a lot of reorgs which can cause a lot of like chaos
