Cross-modal attention is the ability to process multiple sources of information on the same channel. You can't do two math problems at the same time, but you can cross over these channels and do them at the Same Time. Multi-channel multitasking goes beyond work; it's a great way to bundle work and exercise. Sometimes one task can encourage us to do another, which is called temptation bundling.
