How to Quantify the Weight of a Capabilities
I find it hard with the intangibles of software sometimes to, you know, have quantifiable conversations about how much weight we're actually carrying. This is something that we've barely even started thinking about: How do we realistically estimate the carrying cost? We often have an intuitive sense of the weight of different capabilities. I don't know how to put that on a piece of paper.
