Abitya: The green zone is when you're at your best, and that's about three to five hours a day. Red zone is the opposite; it's those two or three hours a day, maybe an hour a day,. Or i just need a nap, or i need to go for a run. And then yellow is everything in between. Abitya: Just protect your green zone, like, don't schedule meetings. Don't allow people to interrupt it. Put your devices away and do your most important work - what you're best at.
