There's an ethical consideration in being mindful of your audience, yes. A conference leader who does a fair amount of chemonic work within their conferences has a tendency to walk people through really massively transformational experiences that can shred people. And they have no one trained on staff to seek out these people. They're doing it in large group environments of, you know, te hundred, 305 hundred people at a shot,. and there's not enough people on staff period to even see if this is happening to each and every person. I don't mean to say that you have to have 20 people on support staff in order to run a 60 or 80 percon event, but at the very least
