Anrey: This is a person who's coming in without that much past medical history with an inflammatory syndrome centered on the lungs and got seven day course of treatment for community acquired pneumonia. Anrey: The things that jumps out to me is interesting that this patient doesn't have any other comorbidities and no past medical history. So, whenever I see that, I just take a pause and think about if the patient has been out of care or have they have any underlying diseases that has not been diagnosed yet?
