Community Acquired Pneumonia - What's the Big Picture?

Anrey: This is a person who's coming in without that much past medical history with an inflammatory syndrome centered on the lungs and got seven day course of treatment for community acquired pneumonia. Anrey: The things that jumps out to me is interesting that this patient doesn't have any other comorbidities and no past medical history. So, whenever I see that, I just take a pause and think about if the patient has been out of care or have they have any underlying diseases that has not been diagnosed yet? And then, the lack of response to treatment as both Jack and you mentioned is interesting. We're saying that shorter is better time course, so seven days should certainly be enough
