In terms of learning a new habit or a way of thinking, and also thinking about the reward, you o want to understand the why a little bit. So i totally agree with what you're saying in terms of understanding. I think we should have an understanding. But in the moment, in the moment, we want to focus on the physiological abilities we have to regulate that. It's going to take a little time for that to set in. Yes, i think a yon. Once you start kind of thinking about just the wis of these things, it starts to become maybe a little more clear.
