The Importance of Sleep in a Healthy Lifestyle

I'm big believer in sleep, special brain health for immune health. I do my vitamin D reading session every day around noon and read a book by the pool. Weightlifting is less than an hour per week but he maintains muscle mass with drop sets to failure. He's very interested in efficiency; maybe it's that mechanical engineering thing.
