The patients with migran overlap can also be used, and probably inter nasal or sub cu write. There are other sort a heavy duty anti emetics, like a pripotan that have been used in severe cases. I think it's important for the patients know kind of what's safe for them, and to develop that relationship with an out patient provider wo they have a therapeutic relationship with. And then if they come in with a good plan, right? It's easier for everybody involved to say hey, this is what my outpatient provider and i came up with.
