How to Reflect Engage

Reflect means, what map do I need to look at and what horizon to feel comfortable about what I'm doing? Review can take on a review every few minutes, what's on my calendar. It could they review every hour or so what's apps and the messages that I've gotten to my phone. Could be any of those or any of those multiple horizons that you have these commitments at.
