The History of Chicken Tetrazzini
The first known mention in print of chicken tetrazzini was in 1908. The dish is believed to have been invented at a restaurant on 42nd Street, New York. It's possible that Arbeghast did invent it earlier and there's just some confusion on the date.

This edition of eponymous food stories involves two noodle dishes, and both of them are classic comfort foods that you can easily find in pre-made frozen versions in most grocery stores. But both of them started out as entrées for fancy people.
