The first question is what problem do I solve? And you have to be able to answer that in one word. That is, I don't even know how I had answered that yet. If you can't answer that question, there's no way your clients are ever gonna be able to answers it or your prospects. What you do need is to be crystal clear on what problem you solve, who you solve that problem for, how you solve thatProblem and the primary mechanism in which you solve that Problem. i.e. your monetization strategy.
