The New York Times reported that activists who are driven by false claims of election fraud have been working to toss out tens of thousands of voter registrations. In Georgia, they've challenged at least 65,000 voter registrations on the basis of voters' addresses not being correct. The increase in challenges is created right this time consuming, expensive burden on local elections workers. Trump's lies about election theft have fueled the distrust in the election system leading to these challenges,. How do we stop it? How do we break the cycle? Or is the call to action just to increase scrutiny on these local elections officials and turn out Democrats to vote for these key posts when they're super unsexy and difficult to get people
