The Pace of Change Is Not the Destination

The pace of change, obviously, is the thing that's most likely going to create recessions. We have a complex economy, and because of that, it has unpredictable economic behavior. When you starve a complex economy for energy, it begins to jet us in parts. And again, we can't predict those, necessarily.
