What Makes a Start Up So Productive?

Many of the successful start up ideas just came from founders trying to solve their own problems. Look for, you know, if you're thinking of your own ideas, a lot of the people in this room are very technicald. Big companies can't do all of the things that start ups do, but i think they can try to adapt some of the qualities about start ups that make them so productive.
