I am someone who is very good at self-care and taking care of themselves. But I still, with regards to this issue, was telling myself things like, oh, I'll get that sorted later,. or there's nothing that can really be done about this." So often these types of thoughts are what stop us from either getting help or doing things in a way that's gonna help us with our health or mental health. And so questions for you are to consider, are you someone that puts other people first and not yourself?
