Is the CSTO a Regime Securing Organization?
I think the Ukrainians have been very clear that they are not about trying to invade or capture Russian territory. So I just don't see that happening. My guess is where Ukrainian forces to occupy a little bit of Russian territory for some kind of tactical advantage with regards to liberating Ukrainian territory. And the Russians to make some kind of appeal, I really don't think they could expect much of a response. Well, if the organization isn't going to defend members states against outsiders, or even assist members that go to war with outsiders, the question has to be asked. What is the CSTO for?
