AI is not going to replace the value of people because each building is unique that's my conviction yeah. If a building is fully led if it was three years ago fully led it's not a confirmation that the building is good as there was no chance for tenants to move. The biggest question can you upgrade it to a level like the new was in the late explains I don't think so but if the core and shell of a building is good enough that's where the value is is secured including and next to the location.
