The Politics of Parenting

In public policy discussion, unfortunately in the US now evidence is probably less used than it was. The structure of the relationship between society families and social problems is very difficult for many people to understand. It's not a question of talking down to people. It's a question of working with them and supplementing. But the family has changed, the challenge for mothering has changed.
