About two thirds of those patients were on inotropes. And what we saw is, in the medical therapy group, one year survival was very poor, at 25% with two years survival being dismal at eight%. Furthermore, additional published data has also shown poor prognosis among this patient population, with he medium survival of only nine months. Patients who are not tolerating guide line directed medical therapy can experience a gradual down titration of their medications over time.
