The Bears and the Bears' Free Agents

The Bears, Falcons and Redskins are among the teams that could have lost players in free agency. I don't want to bet over on any team who doesn't know what their quarterback is going to be. Washington seems to be bought in to a quarterback that there wouldn't be any great reason to be bought into from the outside.
