The Effects of Stress on Productivity

I think generally the evidence for sleep is beyond argument. We've been talking across this conversation or hinting at it, how stress obviously takes away from productivity. I want to talk about a very specific form of productivity - creative work. Once stress enters the doorway and you don't have that clear mind, you don’t have that sense of calmness, I mean, creativity is gone. It's almost certain that as we are imagining how machine learning and automation will come into our jobs, we will be left with needing to be more creative.
