The way we express ourselves in written communication is far more complex than what we would already naturally say. The trick around that is anything that you're writing, particularly if it's very important,. You can print it and read it out loud and anything that sounds like something you wouldn't naturally say, you change. So that's an old trick to be able to get to more human language. It also helps remove jargon and things that we often put into business communications because we're just used to writing in that way.
