Does it surprise us based on the divorce rates that we have today? But in this case, what I want you to recognize is that all of your relationships deserve to be co-elivating. And it's a choice. It's a choice. I've been single for five years. And I am not going to step into my last relationship. And this next relationship, I pray, will be my last relationship until I have found my very co-elivating soulmate. APPLAUSE By the way, that is only a partial invitation for anybody here in the audience. LAUGHTER I will see you all on Instagram. So here's what I want us to think about in the last 12 minutes, and I don't have much time so I'm going to run through this fast. But we've got, you know, Mindvalley has been so generous to put together a free master class on this very topic. So I hope you'll join us both for their authentic relationships, but also for the work that we're doing around leading without authority. So we're going to have two great master classes for all of you in this room that we'll be giving away. But the first question I want you to ask yourself is this, the question of who? Who is your team? I want you to leave today with a mission. Whatever you want to achieve in this world, think of it. Whether it's the growth of a healthy child or a grandchild, whether it's the success of your business, whether it's the movement of a mission, this beautiful woman in the front row that I know beautifully, she's transforming an entire country, God bless her, and she is the chief transformation officer of an entire country. And she is somebody that I've been talking about. How do we create that relationship action plan that is so crucial to move the country of Malaysia to where it could possibly be for its people? So who is your team is the first question? I call it a relationship action plan. And then, and then the most important thing you need to do is you need to reach out with that mission in mind, with that vision in mind, with that north star of an idea. You're going to go and recruit people to their team. The first person you recruit to what you thought was your team, you're recruiting them to their team. The power of inviting another person to co-create, inviting another person for you to go to their team, and then the first person for you to be of service to them and the creation of a shared mission of power, to make a difference on this planet, to have a ripple effect because you both stood together focused on something. Right? You're inviting them into their team to what, to co-create, to co-create. You're not selling people in your idea. Your belief in diversity and inclusion, your belief in the ideation of multiple brilliant people coming together, creating something better than any one of you could have created by yourself. That belief system is the creation of your tribe. Is the creation of your tribe. And then when you do, you need to be humble. You need to be the kind of individual, the kind of leader that constantly asks yourself, how do I get 30% better? You know, how do I get 30% better? Because I as a leader, I'm humbled by how much transformation is still within me to achieve the greatness that I'm here for. And as a result of that belief, you can invite others to journey, to co-develop with you, to co-create and co-elivate. Going higher together is your promises, a leader. Why are they joining their team with you, not only to achieve the mission, so that they can elevate? And you're co-elivating together as a tribe. But it requires the leader to lead with humility. It requires the leader to lead with a belief that they are needing to transform themselves in this process, with an open verbal invitation for others to do the same. Now I mentioned this earlier, but candor is so important. Conflict avoidance kills marriages and it kills companies.
