What's the Biggest Challenge in a Team?
The biggest thing for me has been that a, or the biggest challenge has just been to s my attention. My days aren't really prescriptive as much as they are planned around that. And there's obviously tons of meetings, lots of like ona ones, connecting with people and ther stratgy long tor meetings. But day to day, it really is just looking at what is the highest impact thing i could do to day.
