Ex-boyfriend of Rep. George Santos says he met him when he was 18 years old and married to a woman. The two moved in together shortly after the larva graduated high school. He became increasingly suspicious of Santos, who repeatedly said he was going to take Valarva to Hawaii and propose, but never did. Manu believes that Santos eventually stole his phone and hawked it for cash.
