Is the Downwind Bug Getting You Yet?

I just finished a three hour toe session of testing gear in one foot at nine second wave energy and had last, you know, little, um, show that we tow here. There's a show and it produces just this beautiful little repeat speech. My last wave in was probably two and a half minutes and 20 turns and you and I were just laughing our asses off on the way back because literally there was not a surfer in the water today. It's, it's amazing. But again, that's why downwinding can be fun. Just that freedom of,. you know, not holding on to anything is nice. So that's my focus.
