There are just some people who are denouncing TikTok who have not gotten the memo that certain arguments actually prove the First Amendment case against a ban. If your case is that the CCP has some 4D chess double bank shot sort of, they're playing the long con, right? Like they're going to write American teens brains with this distracting app and therefore be better at STEM 20 years from now because our teens spend all their time watching dance videos. Yeah, that's not the case for a ban that you think it is. I mean, that's just how monkey see monkey do is not something that came around with the internet.
