Andrew Carter Thornton, the Second of Kentucky

Andrew Carter Thornton was born on October 30, 1944 to Carter and Peggy Thornton in southern Bourbon County, Kentucky. He attended prestigious private schools along with other Lexington blue bloods. A 1980 federal indictment alleges he was part of a drug and weapons smuggling ring called the company.
