The Power of the Chief Executive

Hillary Clinton had no, no right to have the classified documents because she was never president. Neither was Joe Biden. Barack Obama kept his classified documents deep, fat fried in a McDonald's in Chicago - literally a storage unit next to McDonald's. You get like you order a big Mac and you get like maybe a document shoved in there. It is a very different thing for somebody who has not been the chief executive or the president. Within that person, there exudes the power to hold, to present, to maintain, to classify or unclassify these documents.
