If you're a new SDR manager, what are the first three to four people that you hire? I'll give you my Rolodex. The profile here is probably somebody who has one to two years of SDR experience. What you really want to look for here is somebody who got passed up for promotion and is mad about it. If those two hires are in place, the other two or three can beyou can essentially roll the dice on whatever roles you choose.
