The first thing is just the sort of sincerity, the authenticity, the passion, the interest. And then I would say a willingness maybe to get outside of your comfort zone. So for example, using my cyber and crypto example, there's got to be a lot of self learning this business. These are not things you necessarily learned in college or in law school.
