Do You Really Need a Lawyer?
University may have all sorts of leverage, but they do not have enough leverage to remove official police documentation. Find a lawyer who's done this before. Never sign anything under duress ever if they put you in a room and say, here's a thing. This report's a real. And if you call something in and you make one, it goes into a ledger that it cannot come out of. But you need a contemporaneous account. I'm sorry it's so much work.
