I B and the I B Framework

I b was not conceived originally as an equity project at all. What it does have going for it is that it really balances those three virtues, idenity, creativity and mastery. It's somewhat traditional in that subjects are organized the way you might expect. But kids are really encouraged to go deep and not too wide on subjects. And i b hi, we thought was pretty promising, in the sense that i was using this work and paring it with a school culture that was very inclusive,. high standards of quality, but not competitive.
