Cineer is kind is a phrase from Brene Brown's book, Dare to Lead. It so perfectly frames my boundary philosophy that I wrote to her and said can I use this in my book? And she said, absolutely go for it. So when we think about setting boundaries, I think sometimes it's so uncomfortable that we want to get away with just hinting about them.

This week I was excited to speak with Melissa Urban about her new book, The Book of Boundaries: Set the Limits That Will Set You Free. Melissa and I had an extremely insightful conversation about how setting healthy boundaries with family members, co-workers, friends and even yourself can transform your relationships, eliminate stress and improve your daily outlook.
