Unenforceable Clauses in Contracts
There are negative, unenforceable clauses that we are also alf familiar with. For example, your landlord putting in clearly legal language that says, a, you cannot do this or that. Post employment clauses have their often non employment clauses and yet they're included. So why are they included? Whal part of it is the transaction cost,. like we talked about earlier, where it just is so falking expensive to go to courtthat ah, the party who is in a position to negotiate the terms a can just do it... And believes that you won't pay that transaction cost. Also because they have the belief that you believe it's going to be valid simply by its inclusion
