i t is the people from an o t perspective, operational technology. I used to work for companies that did a d c s, distributed control system. And they were mixing chemical so if they mix the chemicals wrong, and youere able to go from the corporate network over to there. That's not just a hack, that could potentially be catastrophic. i totally understand that metal thing though, and ascata is as well, and truly controlled and sculed.
