Do You Work With Dumbbells?

i can understand if the athlete were to quit their sport and only focus on that, how that would absolutely negatively impact their performance in the sport. But if an athlete continues to train within the sport and does certain things with dumbbells, or certain aspects of those things, to add a load, so they can add muscle on to their frame. I wonder, why is that? Why is that bad? Right? Cause you see college athletes, and you also see college athletes getting injured,. So that's something that, you know, if you're doing a lot of the stuff with in goda, it seems pretty injury proof. Am, yeh, there's an edence.
