The company had about 200 million in tokens. Largely, I believe, vast majority was ETH and some other major alts. Most people got roughly 80% up. They did do some trickery at the end where they basically said that vesting tokens that VCs had bought and including their own tokens that were still vesting even though the project was dead would be counted as the total.
