What's the Role of Sales Effectiveness?

When I came in, the, the CRO hired me and said, all right, I want you to build an operation that's going to support our growth. We went from over 800 million to 3.2 billion in three and a half years. And so I chose sales effectiveness. Some people might say, well, that's same thing as sales enablement. There's the small difference, which can become a big difference. If you think of, you know, like a rocket trajectory and you're one millimeter off, it becomes thousands of miles. Yeah. You go to Venus and sub Mars Yes.
