I think of peter walking on the water, an amazing moment. You're not denying there is a storm happening, but you're determining your reference point in the midst of the conditions. That's why it's so important to always read the gospels. Faith is individual, yes, and it must be expressed individually,. But it's a communal endeavour. Its belonging to the community of faith. The bible has no concept or category for a person who does not belong in a christian community. Nobody's faith is that strong if they isolate themselves from god. We need people every day to say, you're not crazy. This stuff is real. Stay the course. I'll love you
