The Importance of Creating Value for the Business
I don't think it's a good idea for any organization to try and completely transform themselves overnight. There is this risk of whats psychologists would call an identity threat the contemplating these big changes. To use an old facebook montrou if you move too fast, you will break fags. I say that to suggest setting reasonable, short, a, medium and long term goals for what this change will look like.
