The Politics of Disinformation

I take your point about the disinformation largely coming from the US government and from the top down rather than the bottom up. There is a legitimate aspect which is that when economic times are hard that there is a tendency for people to organize into groups that set themselves against some either gender or sexual identity, race or whatever. We've seen that over the course of the last century that when that happens that you get a really really terrible social outcome like people end up being killed on the basis of that. Right?
