The Repression of Soviet Workers

In the early 20s, there were institutions called comrades disciplinary courts. And then in the late 20s and early 30s, so-called production collectives and communes. The suppression of these workers I see as one of the tragedies of Soviet history. It was a strategy of accommodation that led to things like high turnover absenteeism or haphazard fulfillment of orders.
