The all blacks coaching team spent a week with the New York Ballet to study how do people perform under pressure. If you're looking for ideas and inspiration within your sport, you're going to get smashed. But conversely, there is a limitless supply of wonderful ideas outside of sport. Coaches of the future will see that as where they really get their advantage.
