On the growth side of the office, do they look at stocks in a different way? Oh, yeah. They're looking at totally different. We had Scott's Miracle Grow, which got crushed by its cannabis exposure. But we knew it because it was also a law and a garden. The stock dropped from $150,000 to $40,000 or $50,000. So that could either be a growth or value play.
