Donald Rumsfeld's Internal Memos Released to the Press

Donald Rumsfeld's internal memos were released to the press this week. They included catch phrases such as Muslims avoid physical labour, keep elevating the threat and link Iraq to Iran. Also that his department should develop bumper sticker statements to rally public support for an unpopular war. These were known in Rumsfield's office as snowflakes - apparently he produced between 20 to 60 snowflakes a day.
