I like to spend a lot of time thinking about if what we're doing makes sense for the context of our business. We had an opportunity to redeploy people and move them into different areas that were really under resourced. A pretty lean company like Notion, it's really important to do that because you never have enough people or time to get everything done. You have to make sure that all of your work is really on the highest leverage things.
