i think j is sidestepping the fact that hmade a moral judgment about what the appropriate punishment is for the people who showed up on january sixth and went into the capital. Some of the people who fought with the police also pleaded guilty early, and also gave them their electronic devices. And yet, they were given a different plea deal, and they were forced to plead guilty. They were required to plead guilty to a more serious charge.
